Luxveneer close up

LUXVENEER

Made from waste veneer collected from all over Australia and reconstituted into a linear patterned veneer in four shades: Light, Natural, Medium and Dark. This is laid up on raw Luxboard to form a recycled content of sustainable panel waste board. It is available in 18mm and 25mm thickness.

Luxwood close up

LUXWOOD

Engineered wood uniformly laminated veneer lumber (LVL) product developed by Forestry Tasmania as a sustainable alternative to solid timber tops and joinery.

It is made from rotary peeled veneer utilising smaller diameter, lower height, low grade hardwood logs produced during sustainable harvesting of regrowth Tasmanian Forests that would otherwise be converted to pulp woodchips or firewood.

The individual veneers are glued together using a combination of glues, heat and pressure. E0 emission from Luxwood performs better than the standard set for such products. Luxwood is produced in 19mm and 32mm thicknesses.
